Dede Ramoneda


Dede Ramoneda demonstrates an outstanding record of achievement in delivering value to diverse organizations, including financial services, energy, and consulting. She has been instrumental in multiple corporate transactions, including First Citizens Bank’s [NASDAQ: FCNCA] acquisitions of CIT and Silicon Valley Bank, where she led the post-acquisition integration of IT into one centralized unit and serves on First Citizens Bank’s M&A Integration Leadership Team. Known for guiding companies from disruption to transformation, she is recognized as a strategic executive and a technology leader who drives measurable change. She is the recipient of multiple industry accolades, including Computerworld’s Best Places to Work in IT, 2023; Orbie Award: Carolina Enterprise CIO of the Year, 2022; and Triangle Business Journal’s CIO of the Year, 2014.


Ayo Mateola



Ayo Mateola is an Educational Thought Leader, Data Analytics Specialist, and passionate Advocate for Women in Technology. As Program Manager for Learning and Development at Pearson, she drives strategic learning initiatives that empower technologists with the skills needed to thrive in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.


Amy Tyler

Amy Tyler is a Senior Security Engineering Manager at Pendo, leading security operations and compliance teams. With 25 years of experience in tech, including 7 years in cybersecurity, Amy has built a deep expertise in securing infrastructure and SaaS platforms. Passionate about modernizing security strategies, Amy is committed to building high-performing security teams that can navigate today’s evolving threat landscape and regulatory requirements.



Becky Scott

Moderator

Becky Scott has worked in technology in one form or another over the past 25 years. From IT at a Southern California university, to several others: a major mobile carrier, a cable entertainment provider, a big data company, the company that built the backbone of the internet, and now a cloud directory service. They’ve all built a greater community and connections that she enjoys being a part of.
