| Nick Otto serves as the CIO for Kimley-Horn, focused on IT Strategy & Leadership, Service Delivery, Application Development & Support, Information Security, and day-to-day IT Operations. Nick serves on the board of directors for the Triangle Technology Executives Council. Prior to joining Kimley-Horn, held senior leadership positions at SAS with responsibility for Global Hosting & Cloud Services, Information Security, and IT Audit & Compliance groups; Red Hat in both the IT Infrastructure and IT Enterprise Systems divisions and Circuit City Stores overseeing IT Infrastructure, Data Centers, Networking and Store Technology groups. Nick’s IT journey started in the grocery IT sector supporting UNIX systems, POS terminals, and networks. Along the way working at a tech startup, consulting for the Virginia Dept of Transportation, and assisting several non-profits in making technology decisions. Nick is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University. |

| Rich Otteson is the Chief Technology Officer for United Bank. His career includes eight years in the Air Force, seven years in various senior and executive consulting roles and many years in financial services, primarily banking and insurance. Outside work, Rich enjoys golf (building clubs and playing), woodworking and restoring classic cars. |
