AITP-RTP Meeting – Culture of Comms

AI is not going to change your job. It already has.

In this new world, IT leaders will need to communicate more effectively with non-technical colleagues more often than ever before. For many IT leaders, this is a challenge. Don't let it be.

Join us to learn how technically oriented IT leaders can face this challenge and become more effective communicators and leaders. You’ll learn about “technically oriented” personality types, their communication challenges, and how to overcome them

Don't miss this opportunity to improve your communication capabilities and thrive in a rapidly evolving environment.

Our Speaker:

John Lane

John Lane is a Raleigh-based Leadership Consultant and Goodman Fellow.

I help leaders to discover their unique and powerful personality traits.  Then, translate those traits into actionable communication styles, preferences, and blind spots.  Those leaders who engage with me see their communication skills improve, as well as their communication anxiety and unproductive conflict diminish.

You can find me on LinkedIn, or my website www.dbajtl.com, or on our weekly podcast, "Work In Progress" with John Lane and Will Barfield.

Agenda:

5:30 – 6:15pm: Check-in & Networking

6:15 – 7:00pm: Dinner & Networking

7:00 – 7:10pm: Opening Remarks

7:10 – 8:00pm: Program

8:00 – 8:30pm: Close and Additional Networking
