AITP-RTP Meeting – Human-centered Design

Have you ever wondered what customers are thinking while using your product or service? Or how it fits into their overall ecosystem? Has the lack of clarity led to frustration and doubt in your teams’ decisions? If you answered 'yes' to any of these questions you likely experienced projects that led to rework, waste, infighting, delays, and poor adoption. Kenya will share her experiences and the outcomes that resulted.  You will learn how an expert in people science and systems thinking can get answers...and more.
