AITP-RTP Meeting – Human-centered Design

Have you ever wondered what customers are thinking while using your product or service? Or how it fits into their overall ecosystem? Has the lack of clarity led to frustration and doubt in your teams’ decisions? If you answered 'yes' to any of these questions you likely experienced projects that led to rework, waste, infighting, delays, and poor adoption. Kenya will share her experiences and the outcomes that resulted.  You will learn how an expert in people science and systems thinking can get answers...and more.

Our Speaker:

Kenya Oduor

Dr. Kenya Oduor is a human-centered researcher, strategist, and solution designer. With a Ph.D. in human factors psychology, she is trained in human factors, experimental psychology and industrial engineering. She serves as the CEO of Lean Geeks, a research & design firm located in RTP, NC. As a speaker and facilitator, she brings a unique perspective on growth and customer-centricity. She coaches others in leadership, collaboration, and the solution development lifecycle.
