AITP-RTP Meeting – Fixing the Revenue Leaks in Your E-Commerce

The pendulum has swung to where consumers prefer to buy online rather than shop in-store.  This shift has largely caught retailers, particularly DTC and companies that sell heavily online, with outdated technology and approaches, resulting in an average loss of 57%-80% of their potential online revenue.  How?  Why?  Where did they go?  In this discussion we will highlight a market best practice that can recover those lost sales and help position you to optimize your e-commerce investment.  In this session, you’ll learn how to make Sourcing & Procurement an ROI hero with the CEO by sourcing more revenue!

Our Speaker:

Thom Mead

Thom Mead is VP of Business Development for Turtle Peak, a specialty provider of US based, revenue generating Contact Center & BPO services.  Thom is recognized globally as a thought leader in the Outsourcing & Professional Services community.  An accomplished Strategy, Marketing and Sales senior executive, Thom has served in a variety of senior executive roles for startups, small companies and F500 alike.  Thom was recognized as “Best in the Industry” twice in his business career.  Thom has also served more than 13 years in the United States Marine Corps, rising through the ranks from Private to Captain.
