AITP-RTP Meeting – Cloud @ Scale

Summary:

Driving an enterprise digital transformation strategy focused on public cloud requires a change in people, process, and technology. Join Keith Blizard, SVP, Fidelity Investments as he shares a variety of experiences in cloud transformations, perspectives on the journey to cloud native, and different areas of focus to help prepare your organization to safely and securely adopt cloud at scale.

Head of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) & Observability

Fidelity Investments

Keith Blizard is Senior Vice President and Head of SRE & Observability for Enterprise Cloud Computing at Fidelity Investments.  Keith joined Fidelity in June 2019 and has worked across all levels of the organization to support the mission of enabling Fidelity to safely and securely adopt cloud at scale.  He now leads the overall SRE transformation to ensure resiliency, automation, and observability is a cornerstone for Fidelity’s cloud technology and platforms.

Throughout Keith’s career, he has worked extensively with global companies such as Johnson & Johnson, Microsoft, and Accenture to enable enterprise digital transformations with a focus on public cloud, DevOps, and driving an innovation focused agenda.  Prior to joining Fidelity, Keith led the strategy, design, and operations of Johnson & Johnsons’ public cloud strategy, including the creation of enterprise solutions and adoption of IaaS and PaaS capabilities in both Azure and AWS.

Keith graduated from Catholic University with a bachelor’s degree in engineering and received his master's degree in information technology from Virginia Tech.
