AITP-RTP Meeting – The Importance of Learning and Development for Your Technical Team

Summary:

As the rate of innovation in technology accelerates, organizations today face a choice: use that innovation to your advantage or leave yourself open to disruption from competitors.  Learning and Development of your team members lies at the heart of that opportunity.  In this fireside chat, Greg Saxer will talk with Lee Eason about how he's been able to build tools and programs that have created the conditions for success for engineers in multiple firms.  He will also talk about the impact to teams Lee has studied and observed when training hasn't been proactively considered, including the failure Lee experienced that set him on this journey to begin with.  Come ready to talk about how to push your firm forward and make cloud and microservice re-architectures more successful.
